E-SPED is an established and dynamically developing company in the field of international transport and forwarding. In connection with the expansion of our activity, we are looking for a motivated and responsible professional to join our young team in the city of Sofia.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

– Organization of international road transport of whole or partial loads
– Controlling their implementation, according to the agreed parameters and terms
– Building and maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, carriers and partners
– Negotiating, negotiation of prices and conditions for carrying out the transports
– Preparation of the necessary transport and commercial documents for each concluded transaction
– Knowledge of processes and routes, for better planning
– Daily monitoring of market trends
– Active search for new customers

Candidate profile:

– Desire for development in the field of transport and forwarding
– Higher education
– Good command of the English language (a second foreign language is an advantage)
– Good command of MS Office
– Knowledge of the forwarding and transportation services market ( minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position)
– Negotiation skills
– Attention to the details
– Ability to make effective decisions under stress
– Ability to work in team
– Flexibility and combinability
– Excellent communication skills
